This time frame covers the whole handmaking period which is a compliated and time-consuming process of modelling, cutting, engraving and plating etc, and a shipping period. (Please pay attention that every order will be handcrafted by Neatie as artwork and no any machine will be used.) Order delivery are often delayed in busy season like Christmas, but most of them will be reaching you within two weeks. Furthermore a faster delivery service is also available based on a £15 or $20 extra charge.This usually cuts the whole delivery process to within one week as you will be allowed jumped in the queue as premium service. But no exact timeline can be guaranteed by Neatie.
