This ring is perfect. The charm is substantial, but doesn't hang in the way of doing everyday things with your hands. The band is solid sterling silver and very well made. Neatie was great. I actually received the personalised ring the day after I purchased it. I couldn't believe how fast shipping was! The product arrived in brand new condition and exactly as it looked and was described. It is even better in person.
