The only complaint is the catch on the chain doesn’t open, and the rough chain lets the whole product down.

I received this yesterday. It is a very pretty necklace. It is alittle darker purple than I thought. I plan on exchanging it for the pinkone just like it. It is well made, and very comfortable to wear. It looks expensive.
