My mom has a ring exactly like this, but she doesn't wear rings much other than her wedding bands. So I bought her this for Christmas and she loves it.

Purchased for my 13 yr old niece’s birthday present, she is over the moon with it. Birth stone is for October (a nice girly pink!). The quality is good and doesn’t feel too light or flimsy. Definitely something I would consider buying for others as it’s such a sweet little gift without being too expensive. The engraving is very clear also :). Have included pictures.
