I love this name necklace. Great detail in the name pendant. The sterling chain is sturdy and just the right length. The name necklace is beautiful and the claddagh and the custom made knot are detailed. This was a great necklace for the cost.

The name necklace came with a different chain than pictured. It came with a very thin fragile chain. So I will have to replace the chain.

It would be nice if this name necklace were pictured around someone's neck to see how big the charm is. Also, the chain doesn't stay put, so consequently the charm/name pendant flips upside down because it isn't supported well. Maybe a different chain or a different way of connecting the chain would make a difference, but as pretty as this name necklace is it will be worn infrequently by my wife.
