Received ring and the battery is dead. Unfortunately, the battery cannot be replaced so it doesn't glow nor will it ever.

As the other review mentions, the personalised ring is bulkier than I expected it to be from the picture, and it is definitely visible on my hand. Otherwise, it is sturdy and good quality. It's comfortable and fits my ring finger. It is also very pretty and I am happy with my purchase.
