They shipped me a replacement necklace in a very speedy time-frame, yet it was the exact necklace I had already received, obviously the wrong one. Buyer just be somewhat aware.

The name necklace was delivered very quickly which i was extremely happy about. The packaging really secured the name necklace and i mean REALLY secured it. The name pendant itself is very shiny but YELLOW. I am kind of a perfectionist and so i wasn't very glad about that, but it looks okay. The chain is cool, and overall the name pendant looks pretty good with the chain.
