A great looking ring right out of the box. So nice my wife took it and started wearing it. After three days I noticed several scratches. I didn't think silver would scratch so easily.

One screw is gone ... Neatie did not help me to replace it. Therefore the Key Ring is not operational. The screws are very problematic .

While the personalised ring is beautiful it doesn't have the complete prayer on it.Also sizing was a bit off for my husband, still wearable, but tight on him.

Ring was an accurate fit. Fast customer service - was sent quickly. Received lots of compliments! Always love putting this ring on in the morning!
