All of this at no extra cost!   If there’s isn’t a set body figurine that suits your style,Simply contact us and  we will customise from the toes to the tips of the hair.   You will need a recent photo showing clear facial features. One of the front and one from the side (see example below)• Photos must be taken at a 90 degree angle. You will need the photo to be take directly in front of the subject (a skewed angle may decrease the resemblence). The minimum file size should be 1MB and in jpeg format. The face you pull in the photo is the facial expression the figurine will have! The following are not suitable: Photo in a long shot which does not clearly show the subjects profile A blurred photo Photos taken from a lower or higher angle The subject having makeup on

Daily Tip:
View the gemstones in correct lighting, with the right background. Diamonds or other gems should never be viewed on a black background. Black backgrounds alter your perception of a gems real shine and color, so you may make a purchase and later realize that the stone is not as clear and perfect as you originally assumed.

Neatie offers free shipping for orders to most of the worldwide countries including UK, US, Australia, Cananda, China, France, Germany, Italy, and all the main EU countries. We are aiming to deliver 90% of our orders to yourdoors within 1 ~ 2 weeks after your payment. This time frame covers the whole handmaking period which is a compliated and time-consuming process of modelling, cutting, engraving and plating etc, and a shipping period. (Please pay attention that every order will be handcrafted by Neatie as artwork and no any machine will be used.) Order delivery are often delayed in busy season like Christmas, but most of them will be reaching you within two weeks. Furthermore a faster delivery service is also available based on a £15 or $20 extra charge.This usually cuts the whole delivery process to within one week as you will be allowed jumped in the queue as premium service. But no exact timeline can be guaranteed by Neatie.
